A cogeneration system is provided to offer compact structure in which an evaporation/condensation process of a refrigerant and a dissipation process are performed in one heat exchanger. A cogeneration system includes a cogeneration generator(2), an underground heat transfer unit(63), and a coordination/heat dissipation heat exchanger(60). The cogeneration generator generates heat with electricity. The underground heat transfer unit is heat-exchanged with underground. The coordination/heat dissipation heat exchanger includes a refrigerant flow path(61), a dissipation flow path(62), an underground heat transmission flow path(67). The refrigerant is condensed or evaporated in the refrigerant flow path. The thermal medium collecting the heat in the cogeneration generator passes through the dissipation flow path. |
