The present invention relates to a pre-manufactured unprinted album capable of printing a picture printout, an album manufacturing device using same, and a method for manufacturing same. The present invention includes multiple inserted where a picture printout is not printed and a high-quality album cover is additionally attached thereto to prepare an album structure in a semi-finished product state where bookbinding is completed. A desired one is selected from the album structures in a semi-finished product state provided in various types, and pictures that are shot are allowed to be immediately printed in a studio while the unprinted printing surfaces of the album are unfolded so that the completed album, which carries commemorative pictures, can be received after a significantly shortened standby time. In addition, the advantages of the present invention include a rapid provision of the completed product and decision on the type of the album, prevention of a delay in the completion of the album due to a manufacturing error, which is because of the use of a semi-finished album where prior inspection is completed, prevention of the inconvenience of manufacturing a new album in the event of finding damage to the album, and significantly reduced album manufacturing costs, which is because of an operation for standardizing the album following the mass production of multiple types of semi-finished albums.
