A pendulum slab damper system, according to the present invention, includes: a pendulum slab (100) wherein four sides of a floor slab are completely severed and separated from a structure; an oscillation interval (140) in which the pendulum slab can perform an oscillation; an iron structure (110) for supporting the pendulum slab or a reinforced steel plate (410), which supports and structurally reinforces the pendulum slab, at the same time being capable of putting weight onto the pendulum; a cable rope (13) which is capable of hanging the pendulum slab; a steel bracket (120) which is capable of hanging the cable rope on top and fixing the cable rope; and a spring damper (150) which is inserted to the oscillation interval. Moreover, as a method of using the pendulum slab damper system, the present invention includes: a step for forming the iron structure for supporting the pendulum slab on the bottom side of the pendulum slab; a step for forming the pendulum slab by separating the floor slab from the structure; and a step for installing the spring damper. The present invention also includes: a step for forming a concrete bracket instead of the steel bracket; a step for installing a flexible connecting tube; a step for installing a steel cover onto the oscillation interval of the pendulum slab; and a step for installing a cover for curtaining around the exposed cable rope, in order to provide a user with a method for controlling the oscillation of a building structure using the pendulum slab damper system.
