The present invention relates to an electrode assembly installed inside a battery case of a secondary battery, and specifically, to an electrode assembly and a composite electrode assembly with stair-like structures. The stair-like structures are formed along the curvature of a device for utilizing the dead space inside the device, unlike an existing electrode assembly, thereby improving the capacity per volume of the device.
