<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a canned citrus fruit having rich perfume characteristic to citruses and freshness, and generating no storage odor even after a long storage. SOLUTION: An essence is obtained by removing terpene from an cold press oil derived from pericarpi of citruses to control the concentrations of the fragrance components in the cold press oil. The essence is added to the citrus fruit in a can before the can is finally closed.</p> |
