The present invention relates to a device for controlling a position of a steel wire for simultaneously producing a deformed steel wire type PS member. The purpose of the present invention is to improve productivity and maximize an operating rate of a limited PS member production line by simultaneously producing a deformed steel wire arrangement member. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention includes a plurality of cylindrical columns which at least one among steel wires arranged at a row pass through by being bent and a frame supporting the cylindrical column to be fixed according to the shape in which the steel wire is bent.
