The laminating pouch (10) comprises a heat-activatable adhesive, a laminated film (11) and a mating material (12). The laminated film is: provided on the mating material in a direction, which is longitudinal to opposite segments (a, b) of the material using the heat-activatable adhesive; and subjected to a bias voltage by the mating material. A thickness of the laminating film is 30-76 mu m. A length between the segments of the mating material is greater than a length between the segments of the laminating film. The mating material has a modulus of elasticity. The laminating pouch (10) comprises a heat-activatable adhesive, a laminated film (11) and a mating material (12).
