摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a conductive paste suitable for formation of a solar battery electrode which can reduce the contact resistance between the electrode and a semiconductor substrate; to materialize a solar battery having a high energy conversion efficiency and good battery characteristics by use of the conductive paste; and to materialize a method for manufacturing a solar battery by use of the conductive paste.SOLUTION: A conductive paste comprises at least conductive powder such as Ag powder, glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The glass frit has a crystallization point Tc when crystallizing in a first temperature region X and a remelting point Tm when remelting in a second temperature region Y higher than the first temperature region X. The first temperature region X is a region up to a temperature at which a pre-heating zone B ends, and the second temperature region Y is a region to a highest baking temperature T3 from the end of the pre-heating zone B. The conductive paste is used to form a light-receiving surface electrode.
