A filling device (10) for injecting contents (F) into baked articles has a cylinder (11), into which the contents (F) can be introduced, an injecting head (12), which is arranged at the front end of the cylinder, a piston (30), which is mounted such that it can be displaced longitudinally in the cylinder, and an actuating device (20) for displacing the piston (30) in the cylinder (11). The cylinder has its rear end fitted on the actuating device (20), and the piston is displaced by a predetermined distance on the actuating device (20) is actuated. The predetermined distance can be adjusted and altered, and the cylinder (11) is connected in a releasable manner to the actuating device (20) and/or the injecting head (12). A filling system for baked articles consists of the corresponding filling device and at least one flexible contents container (35), which holds the contents and can be inserted into the filling device. |
