<p>The temperature sensor (10) has a thermocouple comprising two electrically conductive half-elements (18,20) which differ in Seebeck coefficient and which are connected to each other at a contact point (22). The half-elements are formed by thermal spraying of ceramic. The first half-element is formed of indium tin oxide. The second half-element is formed of a non-stoichiometric titanium oxide or a material of the brownmillerite series, in particular brownmillerite-type calcium ferrite. The second half-element is formed of zinc oxide.</p> |
