<p>An image capturing device (10) comprises a waterproof cover (101), a CCD image sensor (102) and a motor (103) having an output shaft (1031) that are provided in the waterproof cover, and a transparent plate (104) that is covered on a side of the waterproof cover and connected to the output shaft of the motor. The motor drives the transparent plate (104) to rotate. Also disclosed is a detection device, comprising: the image capturing device, an LED projection device (20) that is disposed opposite the image capturing device, and an image processing device (30) that is connected to the CCD image sensor. By means of the image capturing device, the motor drives the transparent plate to rotate at high speed, and then the centrifugal force is generated to throw and remove water drops and water stains that affect image capturing, thereby improving the detection accuracy and device productivity.</p> |
