PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output device information by acquiring the device information having various data formats and different units during counting due to a difference in a manufacturer and a model from a plurality of devices connected to a communication line and having different manufacturers and models and converting the device information into information of a preliminarily designated unified format.SOLUTION: An image processor retrieval part 37 acquires a vendor ID and a model ID of an image processor 3a, and an image processor state monitoring part 39 and a communication to image processor function part 40 acquire access information corresponding to the acquired vendor ID and model ID with reference to an access and conversion information storage part 38, access the image processor 3a according to the access information to acquire device information. An intermediation device control part 30 converts the acquired device information into a predetermined format according to a conversion rule corresponding to the acquired vendor ID and model ID with reference to the access and the conversion information storage part 38, and a data response transmission function 35 transmits the converted device information to a data center 2. |
