The system has energy collectors (3.0) formed as surface collectors or energy baskets. The energy collectors absorb heat of standing water or running water or waste water. Air heat exchanger units (4.0) are arranged parallel or downstream to a heat pump (1.0) by using a heat carrier supply (2.0). The heat exchanger units receive heat of surrounding air. Additional heat-exchanger units are connected with each other by using valves. The heat exchanger unit is connected to solar heat collectors to heat air in the additional heat-exchanger units.
