PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device constituted by a plurality of SSDs enabling suppression of performance degradation due to internal processing of SSDs.SOLUTION: Storage device 1 includes: a plurality of SSDs 4 and 5 to store data including redundancy; and a CPU 26 to control reading processing and writing processing of data for each SSD. The CPU 26 executes internal processing generated during the writing processing of data, at the timing in which one of the SSDs satisfies a predetermined condition, on each SSD.
