PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a personal authentication medium which improves adhesion between a base material and an image printed on the base material, and a protective layer.SOLUTION: A method of producing a personal authentication medium includes the steps of forming an image on a base material, subjecting the base material with an image formed thereon to corona discharge treatment for surface modification, and transferring the protective layer onto the base material subjected to surface modification through an adhesive layer. |
