PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple cut-off device easily installed, having high pressure resistance, and capable of exhibiting a sure cut-off function when performing cleaning work for an inner portion of a sewer pipe, a drain pipe, or the like or repair work therefor.SOLUTION: In a cut-off device, water stops are respectively installed on the upstream side and the downstream side in a pipeline to be repaired and a flow passage pipe allowing communication between both the upstream side and the downstream side is installed. The cut-off device is constituted so that an attachment bent plate and a driving bent plate are brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline while compressing a cut-off packing by attaching the flow passage pipe allowing communication between both the upstream side and the downstream side in the pipeline to an attachment bent plate, inserting the driving bent plate in a terminal part in the circumferential direction of the attachment bent plate, and connecting them together by a connecting member. |
