A linear conductive body (20) is provided on one main surface of a magnetic material layer (12b), and a linear conductive body (18) is provided on the other main surface of the magnetic material layer (12b). Furthermore, side surface conductive bodies (34a, 34b) are provided on the side surfaces of the magnetic material layer (12b) so as to spirally connect the linear conductive bodies (18, 20) to each other. A non-magnetic material layer (12c) is laminated on the one main surface side of the magnetic material layer (12b), and a non-magnetic material layer (12a) is laminated on the other main surface side of the magnetic material layer (12b). A linear conductive body (22) is provided inside of the non-magnetic material layer (12c), and a linear conductive body (16) is provided inside of the non-magnetic material layer (12a). Via hole conductive bodies (32a, 32b) are provided inside of the non-magnetic layer (12c) so as to connect the linear conductive body (22) to the linear conductive body (20) in parallel. Furthermore, via hole conductive bodies (30a, 30b) are provided inside of the non-magnetic layer (12a) so as to connect the linear conductive body (16) to the linear conductive body (18) in parallel. |
