摘要 Part (P) comprising - a first portion (FP), - a second portion (SP), - an interface (IF) defining said first portion (FP) from said second portion (SP), - a channel (CH) extending from said first portion (FP) through said interface (IF) into said second portion (SP). Further the invention deals with a method to generate this part (P). To enable refurbishment of parts with tiny geometry channels it is proposed that said second portion (SP) is made by additive manufacturing technology on top of said inter- face (IF) of said first portion (FP), wherein said chan- nel (CH) has a first average diameter (DI) in said first por- tion (FP) and said interface (IF), wherein said channel (CH) has a second average diameter (D2) in said second portion (SP) at said interface (IF), wherein said second diame- ter (D2) is larger than said fist diameter (DI), wherein said channel (CH) along a first tapered portion (TP) is becoming narrower in said second portion (SP) with increasing distance from said interface (IF).
