PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when both 2D image data and color parallax image data are generated from image data to be output from a single plate imaging element, laying emphasis on the acquisition of parallax information causes the deterioration of the resolution of the 2D image data.SOLUTION: An imaging element is constituted of a pixel group, as a primitive lattice, including at least four types of parallax pixels in which any of the combinations of two types of opening masks and two types of color filters is associated with a photoelectric conversion element and pixels with no parallax for introducing an incident light flux to the photoelectric conversion element without being limited by the opening, therein the pixels with no parallax are larger in number than the parallax pixels. |
