PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device which has a simple configuration and superior usability and an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The lens device includes a lens frame which holds an optical system including a plurality of lenses, an energizing member which energizes the lens frame along the optical axis of the optical system, a lens frame driving member which comes into contact with the lens frame by the energizing force of the energizing member, can be rotated around the optical axis, and changes the position of the optical system in an optical axis direction, according to the change of the contact position of the lens frame caused by the rotation, a barrier which can be rotated around a center axis parallel with the optical axis and shields the optical system from the outside and exposes the optical system to the outside, according to the rotation, and an operation member which is engaged with each of the lens frame driving member and the barrier, can be rotated around the optical axis, and rotates the lens frame driving member around the optical axis and the barrier around the center axis by the rotation. |
