A medical institution name and a patient ID recorded on a registration card of a patient and an insurer number and an insured person number recorded on an insurance card for the patient are included in the prescription information. The patient presents the registration card and the insurance card to a pharmacy A or a pharmacy B. The medical institution name, the patient ID, the insurer number and the insured person number are inputted to a pharmacy terminal 30 by a pharmacist, etc., and patient authentification information including the information is transmitted from a pharmacy terminal 30 to the server 20. The server 20 transmits the prescription information corresponding to the patient authentification information to a pharmacy terminal 30 of a transmission source of the patient authentification information. The pharmacy terminal 30 displays the prescription information received from the server 20.
