A method for minimization of drive test. The method comprises: an access device which has obtained a minimization of drive test (MDT) measurement result executes the following steps: a list acquisition step, acquiring a minimization of drive test (MDT) public land mobile network (PLMN) list; a validity judgment step, using the MDT PLMN list to detect whether a PLMN of the acquired MDT measurement result is valid; and a measurement result reporting step, reporting the MDT measurement result when the PLMN is judged to be valid.
