摘要 <p>Provided is a blood pressure measurement device in which a CPU (18) detects a pulse wave from the pressure signal of a cuff (30), said signal being detected during a decompression period at the site where measurement is performed by the cuff (30), and acquires a blood flow sound signal corresponding to a blood flow sound that occurs during the decompression period. Next, the following data is generated: pulse wave envelope data in which the amplitude value of the detected pulse wave and the compression pressure at the point in time when the pulse wave occurred are associated; and blood flow sound envelope data in which the amplitude value of the blood flow sound signal and the compression pressure at the point in time when the blood flow sound signal occurred are associated. The pulse wave envelope data and the blood flow sound envelope data are used to determine the presence or absence of periodic fluctuation in blood pressure during the decompression period.</p>
