When heating the storage battery (42), the control part may activate the air intake fan (32) subsequent to the temperature of the activated heater (34) reaching or surpassing a first threshold value. When stopping the heating of the storage battery (42), the control part may stop the air intake fan (32) subsequent to stopping the heater (34).
