PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to make payment by flexibly selecting a desired adjustment method from a plurality of types of adjustment methods.SOLUTION: An adjustment system includes: adjustment information generating means which generates adjustment information corresponding to utilization quantity by use of equipment function; a plurality of balancing account means to execute adjustment processing of mutually different types; balancing account control means which controls the plurality of balancing account means to cooperate and to execute the plurality of types of adjustment processing on adjustment information corresponding to information to be adjusted which is a target of the adjustment processing.
