PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for warning abnormality of a photovoltaic power generation panel, by detecting drop in power generation amount of the photovoltaic power generation panel due to contamination or failure, regardless of weather condition or sunshine condition.SOLUTION: Power generation amount of photovoltaic power generation panels 101-1 through 101-n is measured by power generation amount measurement units 103-1 through 103-n, and power generation amount data thus measured is stored in a power generation amount history storage unit 104. When it comes to a comparison request time, a power generation amount comparison unit 105 calculates a power generation amount per unit area from the power generation amount data for each panel type and period, and then calculates and compares power generation amounts corrected by installation angle correction factors. When the power generation amount is less than a predetermined value, a predetermined notification destination is notified of a warning related to abnormality or contamination of panels via a communication control unit 107 and WAN IF 108, LAN IF 109. |
