PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a down time of a computer.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes a first processor, a second processor, a first operating system operated on the first processor, a second operating system operated on the second processor, and a hypervisor part for switching an operating system to be operated and an operating system to be subjected to a standby state without being operated between the first operating system and the second operating system. In the case that abnormality occurs, the operating first operating system or the second operating system notifies the hypervisor part of the occurrence of the abnormality, and the hypervisor part makes the active operating system a standby state and operates the operating system in the standby state when receiving notification of a kernel panic. |
