The irrigation dispenser comprises a hollow body (3) defining, in the inside of same, an upstream recess (9) communicating with an inlet opening (10), and a downstream recess (11) communicating with an outlet opening (12). These recesses are separated from each other by a flexible membrane (16) provided with a flow bore (17). The membrane can be deformed by being applied against a bearing surface (18) provided in the downstream recess (11) in such a way as to close the free access to the outlet opening (12). A groove (19) is provided in the bearing surface (18) so as to define, in cooperation with the membrane (16), a flow control channel having a variable section comprising an inlet (20) and an outlet (21) to the outlet opening (12). The bearing surface (18) of the membrane (16) in the downstream recess (11) has the shape of an arch defining the maximum deformation of the membrane towards the inside of the downstream recess.
