The present invention relates to an ortho-substituted phenylisoxazoline compound represented by chemical formula 1 and including a 2,6-difluorobenzyloxymethyl group, a racemate thereof, or an enantiomeric stereoisomer thereof, to an herbicide including the phenylisoxazoline compound, the racemate, or the enantiomeric stereoisomer as an effective ingredient, and to a method for selectively removing weeds including a step of treating pre-emergence or post-emergence of the weeds by using the phenylisoxazoline compound, the racemate, or the enantiomeric stereoisomer.
