The present invention relates to a fastener for a vehicle panel, which has a structure for preventing the reduction of fixation power of a fastener due to the occurrence of the loosening between a vehicle panel and a fastener clip when inserting a fastener pin. To be more specific, the fastener for a vehicle panel including a clip and a pin comprises: a fastener pin (110) which is coupled with a fastener clip (120) by moving in a vertical direction; a fastener clip (120) which accommodates the fastener pin (110) and fixates the vertically moving fastener pin (110) in a fixed range; and a fastener rip (130) which is inserted into a fastener mounting hole formed on a panel (140) in a concentric circular shape and where a head (111) of the fastener pin is seated on the upper part thereof. The fastener clip (120) is widened in the opposite direction to the entry direction of the fastener pin (110) according to the entry thereof.
