PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing blade for lateral sealing roller which: may be easily produced, being cheap, has excellent reproducibility, has excellent wear resistance, and may constantly provide lateral sealing part of constant quality for a long period.SOLUTION: The heat-sealing blades has the following properties: parallely arranged in a mutually adjacent manner; respectively arranged on each of main bodies of a pair of lateral sealing rollers which rotate in the opposite direction respective to each other; extending along with the axis direction of the main body of the lateral sealing roller; having arced-shaped surface comprised of recessed part and land part contributing to heat-sealing in the circumferential direction of the main body of the lateral sealing roller, in which the arced-shaped surface; and providing a lateral sealing part on cylindrical packaging film over entire width of it. On the heat-sealing blades arranged on each of a pair of lateral sealing rollers, the land part and the recessed part are mutual arranged in a regular manner. The total area of the plane surface of the recessed part ranges 20 to 150 times of the total area of the plane surface of the land part. |
