PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which various types of jobs can be executed without the need to wait for completion of import operation.SOLUTION: When an MFP 10b receives a job (authentication printing job or the like) from a computer 30 or the like when importing import data DM from an MFP 10a, determines the type of job related information JM (user information or the like) required for execution of the job, from pieces of information included in the import data DM. The MFP 10b preferentially acquires the job related information JM of the determined type from the MFP 10a prior to the completion of the import operation, and executes the job by using the job related information JM.
