PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a recording head which includes an anti-fuse element and is advantageous in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A substrate for a recording head includes: a thermoelectric transducer for heating a recording agent; a first DMOS transistor for driving the thermoelectric transducer; an MOS structure forming an anti-fuse element; a second DMOS transistor for causing dielectric breakdown in a gate insulator film of the MOS structure and thereby writing information into the anti-fuse element; and a drive part which is formed by at least one MOS transistor and drives the second DMOS transistor. |
