PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detection device and a power steering device that are excellent in detection accuracy of torque.SOLUTION: The torque detection device detecting torque to be transmitted from an input shaft to an output shaft comprises: a wire-work spring 31 that is arranged along rotation surfaces of the input shaft and the output shaft, has a bend part that is folded so as to protrude toward a rotation center of the input shaft and the output shaft, and is deformable elastically in a rotation direction of the input shaft and the output shaft; a coupling part 10 that couples the input shaft with the output shaft via the wire-work spring 31; and a detection part that detects a difference between rotation amounts of the input shaft and output shaft rotating in a state of being coupled by the coupling part 10. |
