This mobile communication system supports cellular communication, which performs data communication between a network and a user terminal, and D2D communication, which performs data communication directly between at least two user terminals. The mobile communication system has: a cellular communication terminal, which is a user terminal that performs the cellular communication; a D2D communication terminal, which is a user terminal that performs D2D communication; and a base station that allocates the wireless resources used by the cellular communication terminal during cellular communication. The base station transmits, to the D2D communication terminal, allocation information indicating wireless resources for which there is the possibility of use by the cellular communication terminal from among the D2D wireless resources that can be used in D2D communication. |
