A thermoelectric sheet has a thermoelectric layer containing thermoelectric particles which are arranged percolating in the thermoelectric layer, and a bonding agent arranged at contact points of the thermoelectric particles and has high electrical conductivity equal as the thermoelectric particles. The thermoelectric particles have a sea Beck coefficient (S) of 3 mu mV/K or more, preferably 5 mu mV/K or more. An independent claim is included for manufacture of thermoelectric sheet.
