WINDOWED-CATHETER FASTENING PATCH

To obtain a windowed-catheter fastening patch that has sufficient adhesion and slipping properties as a fastening patch and in which satisfactory breathability and moisture permeability can be obtained at the window part. The window part (5) is formed on a non-woven fabric sheet (4) in which an adhesive layer (3) is provided on one surface of a non-woven fabric (2). A window-part sheet (6) is prepared in which a polyurethane adhesive layer (8) is provided on one surface of a urethane film (7). The window-part sheet (6) is bonded to the other surface side (9) of the non-woven fabric (2) so as to cover the window part (5) to obtain the windowed-catheter fastening patch (1). The other surface side (9) of the non-woven fabric (2) to which the polyurethane adhesive layer (8) provided to the urethane film (7) is bonded has a smooth surface having a surface roughness of 7 to 20μm, allowing the window-part sheet (6) to be reliably bonded to the non-woven fabric sheet (4).
