PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate tension change of fiber-reinforced resin due to oozing-out of resin upon curing of the fiber-reinforced resin of a tank.SOLUTION: A method to simulate tension change upon curing of fiber-reinforced resin layer wrapped around a tank container and impregnated with thermosetting resin comprises a step to obtain viscosity of the thermosetting resin which is lowered by heating the tank container wrapped on the outer surface with the fiber-reinforced resin layer impregnated with thermosetting resin, a step to calculate, by using the obtained viscosity, resin fluidity amount which is oozing-out amount of the thermosetting resin from the fiber-reinforced resin layer due to viscosity lowering, and a step to calculate, by using the calculated resin fluidity amount, tension changing quantity of the fiber-reinforced resin layer due to oozing-out of the thermosetting resin. |
