PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add suitable frictional force to relative rotations of a pair of rotating members, to suppress the generation of backlash and noise, and to improve durability.SOLUTION: When a hinge arm 22 relatively rotates about a stepped bolt 26 to a hinge base 20, an opposite surface 36 of the hinge arm 22 relatively rotates to an opposite surface 32 of the hinge base 20, and an opposite surface 38 of the hinge arm 22 relatively rotates to an opposite surface 40 of the stepped bolt 26. Between the opposite surfaces 32 and 36, and between the opposite surfaces 38 and 40, resinous flat washers 18 with projections are sandwiched. In the flat washer 18 with the projections, a plurality of one side projections 18B formed on one side surface of a washer body 18A, and a plurality of the other side projections 18C formed on the other side surface of the washer body 18A are shifted in a circumferential direction. When the flat washers 18 with the projections are sandwiched between the opposite surfaces 32 and 36, and between the opposite surfaces 38 and 40, the washer bodies 18A are bent and deformed in waveforms. |
