PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patient to regain communication capability. SOLUTION: A preferred word of an elderly person 100 having a mild brain disorder is recorded as preferred word information in recording means and a voice of a near relative 300 familiar with the elderly person 100 is stored as voice information in storing means, while voice information outputted from a TV 7 is converted to text information, and when word information extracted from the text information conforms with the above preferred word information, "datte" (a Japanese sentence-final particle meaning "they say") is added after the conforming word information for inducing utterance by the elderly person 100, and then the voice information of the near relative 300, that is composed so as to become a word of the word information, is outputted as the voice to the elderly person 100.
