An FFS LCD panel is disclosed which includes gate lines10 and data lines 30 formed to cross each other to define a pixel region, a thin film transistor TFT connected to the gate and data lines; a plurality of pixel electrodes 41formed to be in partial contact with a drain electrode 33 of the thin film transistor; a common electrode 43 comprising a bar 45 with arms 44 extending therefrom and alternating with the pixel electrodes 41; a passivation layer 5 formed between the pixel electrodes 41 and the common electrode 43; wherein the pixel electrodes and common electrode are formed through a single process. |
