It is an object of the present invention to provide a floor silencer that has good transport efficiency due to an ability to be transported in a flat state, and can be assembled to a floor panel of a vehicle by folding along a band-like concave portion. The floor silencer is used with a first surface side in contact with a floor carpet, and a second surface side in contact with the floor panel of the vehicle. The floor silencer also has the band-like concave portion and can be folded along the band-like concave portion. The floor silencer is transported in a flat state and not folded during transport, and is used folded along the band-like concave portion during assembly. |
