The present invention relates to a metal atom substituted metal single crystal made by doping metal B different from metal A in metal A to form a material A1-XBX and forming a composite single crystal by using a high temperature melting method. In this case, the metal A is one of silver, copper, platinum, and gold, the metal B is one of silver, copper, platinum, and gold, and x satisfies the inequality, 0.01<=x<=0.09. Accordingly, a metal single crystal with more excellent electrical properties than those of the original one is formed by doping other kinds of metal atoms in metal with excellent electrical properties to grow into a composite crystal.
