The present invention relates to a bicycle carrier which simplifies the structure of a carrier; which prevents the escape of a handle caused by external pressure by stably grasping the handle; which facilitates the handling of the bicycle carrier; and which enables users to simply store the bicycle carrier inside a vehicle while the bicycle carrier is not used for fixating a bicycle. The bicycle carrier is joined to a rail on a base bar connected to the front and rear sides of a roof carrier on the roof of the vehicle in the lateral direction using a fixating unit in order to vary the position by moving with the rail of the base bar according to the bicycle specifications or the handle specifications of the bicycle and to vary the height and determine the handle of the bicycle. To achieve this, the bicycle carrier comprises a maintenance unit joined to the rail of the base bar; and a clamp joined to the maintenance unit to grasp the handle of the bicycle. |
