A method for manufacturing an electrowetting display comprises the steps of: applying conductive hydrophilic liquid to a first substrate to form a hydrophilic liquid layer; applying non-conductive oil containing a non-polar solvent and a dye to the hydrophilic liquid layer on the first substrate to form an oil layer touching the hydrophilic liquid layer; touching the oil layer to arrange a hydrophobic insulator film on the oil layer; arranging a second substrate having at least one conductive part at one surface on the hydrophobic insulator film; and arranging the conductive surface to be opposite to the hydrophobic insulator film. |
