The present invention relates to a welding device and a weld structure for protecting a weld structure of a thick weld structure against various fractures generated from a fatigue crack point by improving fatigue crack and fatigue life generated in a bead toe of a welded part. The welding device comprises: a welding torch which supplies an electrode wire to a welded part between welded materials and which vertically moves; and backing materials arranged on a face side and a root side of the welded part. The welding apparatus has a fatigue crack arresting part in at least one of the backing materials to prevent a welding bead toe from being a fatigue crack point. The welded material includes a welded part on which one-pass welding is performed, and the welding bead on the root side of the welded part has an angle (θr) of 150 to 160°between a horizontal part of the welded material and the tangent line of the welding bead in the welding bead toe connected with the horizontal part. The curvature (ρr) of the welding bead toe is between 0.30 to 0.40 mm. |
