The present invention provides a soap composition containing salt with saponin as an active component, and a production method of the soap composition containing salt with saponin derived from sea cucumber comprises the following steps: steaming the sea cucumber; salting the steamed sea cucumber; extracting and collecting salt water containing saponin; decompress-filtering the salt water; drying the salt water containing saponin to obtain salt; and mixing the salt with a soap base and molding.
