PURPOSE: An attachment exchange device including a safety fixing pin is provided to prevent the secession and separation of an attachment from a safety maintenance member in the body of an attachment exchange device due to excessive force on the attachment while excavating. CONSTITUTION: An attachment exchange device including a safety fixing pin includes a first coupling device(100) and a second coupling device(200). The first coupling device is connected to a working device. The second coupling device is coupled to the attachment. The second coupling device(200) includes first and second coupling members(210,220), a safety maintenance member(222), a hydraulic cylinder(230), a safety fixing pin(240), and a latching portion(224). The first and second round bars(211,221) of the attachment are inserted into the first and second coupling member. The safety maintenance member is rotatably coupled to the prescribed position of the second coupling member and sticks the second round bar to the second coupling member. The hydraulic cylinder allows the safety maintenance member to rotate due to the extension and contraction of a rod(231). The safety fixing pin is connected to the lower portion of the second coupling device by a hinge. After the first and second round bars are coupled to the working device, the safety fixing pin falls free and is fixed to the latching portion due to the upward movement of the attachment, thereby limiting the reverse rotation of the safety maintenance member. The latching portion is formed at the one side of the safety maintenance member and fixes the safety fixing pin. |
