PURPOSE: Bacillus aryabhattai LKS28 is provided to make insoluble phosphate salts in soil into soluble phosphate ions, soluble magnesium, and calcium ions. CONSTITUTION: A strain Bacillus aryabhattai LKS28 (deposit number KCTC 12085BP) solubilizes insoluble phosphate salts. A method for promoting the growth of crops and improving soil comprises the step of inoculating the strain to crops or soil to solubilize the insoluble salts in soil. A method for producing biocalcium, biophosphate, and biomagnesium comprises the step of inoculating the strain into waste biological resources (oyster shell, oyster husk, bone, sea foods, and fish byproducts). The strain is used for manufacturing nutritional supplements, feed, fertilizer, and cosmetic materials.
