A color design wallpaper-sheet for a writing board according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base film; a printed layer formed at one side of the base film, and having a certain design or pattern printed; a most outer coated layer formed by a coating of a composition containing a UV curable resin and at least one kind of bead on the printed layer; an adhesive layer formed at the opposite side of the base film where the printed layer is formed, and composed of at least one kind of an adhesive; and an attaching paper combined by the adhesive layer, and made of a paper material. The color design wallpaper-sheet for a writing board is attached to a surface of a wall by the attaching paper to function as wallpaper, and enables a removal of a scribble or a written content with water.
